DO I NEED TO BE AT A CERTAINÂ LEVEL TO TRAIN WITH WICKET ACADEMY?
We welcome juniors of all abilities/skills and normally assume basic prior understanding of the game with some experience of garden cricket (at the very least).
For juniors with no experience of cricket we would recommend starting with our softball group coaching sessions and/or a couple of private 1-2-1's to build up confidence and basic technique before signing up for regular sessions.
HOW IS WICKET ACADEMY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ACADEMIES?
All our coaches are minimum ECB Level 2 (including support staff) and we maintain a strict ratio of maximum 1 coach to 8 students. This means our group sessions are relatively small in size which allows students to practice drills for longer periods with individual coaching feedback.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We run majority of our sessions at Windsor Boys School. However if you are ECB Level 2 (or above) coach then please get in touch as we are always looking to expand our geographical reach.
